Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India. Every order is fully insured by Neer Sterling until it reaches your doorstep, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, we partner only with trusted and reputed courier services.
Once your parcel arrives, we recommend inspecting it carefully for any signs of tampering or damage before signing the receipt.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 business days), excluding Indian public holidays.
After dispatch, your order will typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and pincode.
For customised jewellery, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.

International Shipping

We’re delighted to offer international delivery to our customers worldwide.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your country and local customs processes, but most international orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, as these charges vary by destination country.

Delays & Cancellations

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, there may be rare occasions where delays occur due to logistics or production.
If your complete order cannot be delivered within 16 working days (domestic) or 30 working days (international), you may request to cancel the remaining unshipped items. Any such payment will be refunded through your original payment method.
