We want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If you receive a piece that has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item is delivered, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request:
- Please record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your package.
- Email us at support@neersterling.com with the video attached and mention your concern.
- Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
⚠️ Kindly note: Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.

All our product photos are taken under good lighting to capture the detailing of each piece. However, due to screen resolutions and lighting, the jewellery you receive may appear slightly different from the images. This is normal and not considered a defect.
